REFUND POLICY

By using the services of Skye High Credit LLC in any way at any time you hereby acknowledge that by doing business with Skye High Credit LLC, you agree to be bound by the terms and laws of Kentucky and are entering into contract, verbal or otherwise, with Skye Holdings Group, LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. This means there are no refunds, and Kentucky does not have a law requiring refunds to be given. You also waive all rights to chargebacks and disputes in favor of the Payee.

However, all paid credit repair contracts have a three (3) day opt out period. KENTUCKY LAW GIVES YOU THREE (3) DAYS TO CANCEL YOUR AGREEMENT WITH US. If you wish to cancel your contract, you may cancel by delivering or mailing a written notice to the company. Certified mail would provide greater protection than first-class mail, but is not necessary. After the expiration of the 3-day cancellation period, you agree by using our services to waive your right to chargebacks, refunds, cancellations of payment in any form. There are no refunds or cancellation periods for products on our product pages, and by purchasing these products, you agree to waive your right to a refund or chargeback dispute for these products. At Skye Holdings Group, LLC, we pride ourselves in taking care of our clients. If there is ever an issue, please use our contact form and someone will return your message within 24-48 business hours. If after the three (3) day grace period for which to cancel your contract with Skye High Credit LLC expires, you are not entitled to a refund and waive all rights to chargebacks and disputes.
